Warranty conditions
Mystic Android TVs are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the 2-year warranty period specified for each product.
Warranty Conditions
1. The customer, whose name appears on the invoice, must present proof of purchase of the equipment.
2. Mystic undertakes to repair, during the warranty period, products damaged by normal use, in accordance with the instructions in the user manual and the intended purpose of the equipment.
3. The warranty is non-transferable.
4. Installation, maintenance, and explanation of labor costs are not covered by any warranty and are therefore the sole responsibility of the consumer.

Situations that invalidate warranty coverage:
1. The customer fails to present a copy of the purchase invoice.
2. The warranty certificate contains incomplete or altered information.
3. The warranty period has expired.
4. The product’s serial number has been altered or removed.
5. Products with unauthorized modifications to the specifications.
6. Products showing damage caused by improper, incorrect, and/or inappropriate operation or use, as specified in the user manual, or caused by external sources such as impacts, paint damage, general aesthetic damage, scratches, cracks, or evidence of moisture, sweat, or food residue inside the appliance.
7. Products that have been damaged by installation, repair, and/or reinstallation performed by service centers or personnel not authorized by Mystic.
8. Products that have been damaged during transportation or shipping.
9. Products that have been damaged by loss or accident, such as fire, power surges, vandalism, water, sand, insects, or similar.
10. Products damaged by natural conditions, such as earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.
11. Remote controls and accessories are not covered by the warranty.
12. Low screen brightness due to normal aging of the display tube or lamp, or burn-in images.
13. Altered or modified products.
