To qualify for the 2-year Inverter Air Conditioner warranty, you must:

Purchase of Mystic Aires Inverter, from the Inverter and Smart Wifi versions, from August 1 to December 31, 2025.

Register your purchase on our website before January 7, 2026.

You need to keep the tax invoice (or fiscal receipt) to activate the 2-year warranty.

  • 2-year warranty valid only for customers who purchase between

  • 08/15/25 and 12/31/25 and register your purchase at https://mysticlatinoamerica.com/ until January 7, 2026.

  • 2 year warranty = 1 regular year + 1 extra year on the evaporator.

  • Exclusive promotion for Panama.

Warranty conditions

Mystic Aires Inverter are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period specified for each product.

Conditions of the warranty
  1. The customer, whose name appears on the invoice, must present proof of purchase of the equipment.
  2. Mystic agrees to repair, during the warranty period, products damaged during normal use in accordance with the instructions in the user manual and the purpose for which the equipment was designed.
  3. The warranty is non-transferable.
  4. Installation, maintenance, and explanation of labor costs are not covered by any warranty and, therefore, are the exclusive responsibility of the consumer.

The Promotion is applicable to the Mystic Aires Inverter and Smart Wifi models:

MY-INV1897I, MY-INV1297I, MY-INV1293I, MY-INV1214, MY-INV2463, MY-INV1863, and MY-INV1263 purchased through authorized retailers. Does not apply to products purchased through unauthorized third parties, refurbished products, or secondhand products.

Warranty Coverage: This promotion extends the standard warranty for an additional year, for a total of 2 years of coverage from the date of purchase.

Mystic Inverter Air Conditioners with a 2-year warranty reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the official mysticlatinoamerica.com website.

Situations that void the coverage of this warranty

  1. The customer does not present a copy of the purchase invoice.
  2. The warranty certificate has incomplete or altered information.
  3. The warranty period has expired.
  4. The product serial number has been altered or removed.
  5. Products with unauthorized modifications to specifications.
  6. Products that show damage caused by improper, incorrect, and/or unrelated operation or use as specified in the user manual, or caused by external sources, such as impact, paint damage, general cosmetic damage, scratches, cracks, or evidence of moisture, sweat, or food residue inside the unit.

  7. Products that show damage caused by installation, repair and/or reinstallation performed by service centers or personnel not authorized by Mystic.

  8. Products that show damage caused by shipping or transportation.

  9. Products that have been damaged by loss or accident, such as fire, power fluctuations, vandalism, water, sand, insects or similar.

  10. Products damaged by natural conditions such as earthquakes, floods, storms, etc.

  11. Not covered by the warranty: remote controls and accessories.

  12. Low screen brightness related to normal aging of the display tube or lamp or burnt-in images.

  13. Altered or modified products.
